Service

The Service includes all aspects of hindisongs.us , including but not limited to all products, software and services offered via the hindisongs.us website, such as the hindisongs.us channels, the hindisongs.us  "Embeddable Player," the hindisongs.us "Uploader" and other applications.

The Service may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by hindisongs.us. hindisongs.us has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, YouTube will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Service, you expressly relieve YouTube from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.

  3. Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware when you leave the Service and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each other website that you visit.

Hindisongs.us Accounts

  1. In order to access some features of the Service, you will have to create a hindisongs.us account. You may never use another's account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify YouTube immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

  2. Although hindisongs.us will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of YouTube or others due to such unauthorized use.

General Use of the Service—Permissions and Restrictions

hindisongs.us  hereby grants you permission to access and use the Service as set forth in these Terms of Service, provided that:

  1. You agree not to distribute in any medium any part of the Service or the Content without YouTube's prior written authorization, unless YouTube makes available the means for such distribution through functionality offered by the Service (such as the Embeddable Player).
  2. You agree not to alter or modify any part of the Service.
  3. You agree not to access Content through any technology or means other than the video playback pages of the Service itself, the Embeddable Player, or other explicitly authorized means YouTube may designate.
  4. You agree not to use the Service for any of the following commercial uses unless you obtain hindisongs.us's prior written approval:
    • the sale of access to the Service;
    • the sale of advertising, sponsorships, or promotions placed on or within the Service or Content; or
    • the sale of advertising, sponsorships, or promotions on any page of an ad-enabled blog or website containing Content delivered via the Service, unless other material not obtained from hindisongs appears on the same page and is of sufficient value to be the basis for such sales.
  5. Prohibited commercial uses do not include:
    • uploading an original video to hindisongs.us, or maintaining an original channel on hindisongs.us, to promote your business or artistic enterprise;
    • showing hindisongs.us videos through the Embeddable Player on an ad-enabled blog or website, subject to the advertising restrictions set forth above in Section 4.D; or
    • any use that hindisongs.us expressly authorizes in writing.
  6. If you use the Embeddable Player on your website, you may not modify, build upon, or block any portion or functionality of the Embeddable Player, including but not limited to links back to the YouTube website.

2.      Your obligations

2.1     You must not:

(a)     use this website for any activities which breach any laws or regulations or infringe any third party rights;

(b)     use this website to send any spam or unsolicited electronic mail messages to anyone;

(c)     use this website for fraud or any misleading or deceptive conduct;

(d)     use the personal information of another person in order to access or use this website; 

(e)     tamper with, hinder the operation of or make unauthorised modifications to this website; or

(f)      transmit any bug, virus or other disabling feature to or through this website.

(g)   use any part of the the Services for uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting or otherwise making available content, including user names and friend list names, that is harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene, profane, defamatory, libelous, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

(h)  shall not use any portion of  website or the Services to post, share, promote and/or exchange Content Harmful to Minors.

(i)  shall not create Groups and/or post discussion comments in Groups that advocate, contain, depict, encourage, promote or solicit Content Harmful to Minors.

(j)  shall not upload photos, graphics or other content that contain or promote illegal substances or activities, including, but not limited to, underage drinking or smoking, substance abuse, weapon use, or gang affiliation.

(h)  shall not post content that displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind.

(i)  shall not provide material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.

(j) shall not provide instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses.

3.1     The content and format of this website may be changed by us at any time, without notice, in our absolute discretion.

3.2     This website includes information and content provided by third parties (Third Party Information).  We do not verify Third Party Information, which may not be complete, timely or accurate for your purposes.  We make no representation or warranty of any kind as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of Third Party Information, nor do we endorse any Third Party Information.

3.3     This website includes information and content developed by us (Our Information).  You acknowledge and agree that:

(a)     Our Information is intended only to provide a summary of the relevant subject matter and its brevity could lead to misinterpretation;

7.6     You acknowledge that we have engaged a third party to manage this website on our behalf (Third Party Website Manager) and to the fullest extent permitted by law, you must no make any claim or commence any proceeding against that Third Party Website Manager in connection with your use of this website.

8.1     These Website Terms record the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all previous negotiations, understandings, representations and agreements in relation to the subject matter of these Website Terms.

8.2     If any part of these Website Terms is for any reason unenforceable, that part must be read down to the extent necessary to preserve its operation.  If it cannot be read down, it must be severed.
